Reporting to the Regional Property Services Manager, SSA, responsibilities include Facilities Management operations, managing Security and Health & Safety programs at Regional GE offices in West Africa to ensure customer satisfaction and drive net operating income and growth.Essential Responsibilities: Region consists of three sites in three countries, with additional sites planned for 2012+.Oversee all day-to-day facilities management operations, including communications systems, security, health & safety, mechanical and electrical and building services, procurement and office services, including through the management of external contractors.
