Reporting to the Regional Property Services Manager, SSA, responsibilities include Facilities Management operations, managing Security and Health & Safety programs at Regional GE offices in West Africa to ensure customer satisfaction and drive net operating income and growth.Essential Responsibilities: Region consists of three sites in three countries, with additional sites planned for 2012+.Oversee all day-to-day facilities management operations, including communications systems, security, health & safety, mechanical and electrical and building services, procurement and office services, including through the management of external contractors. Direct and monitor these external contractors and their performance, including customer care operations carried out by them, ensuring that local services and processes are in line with the agreed Global Operations – Properties practices.
