FG sacks Nigerian Ports Authority MD

President Goodluck Jonathan on Wednesday relieved a Managing Director of a Nigerian Ports Authority, Mr. Omar Suleiman, of his appointment.
The preference was contained in a matter done accessible to reporters by a Special Adviser to a President on Media and Publicity, Dr. Reuben Abati.
No reason was given for a sacking of a former NPA boss.
According to a statement, Mr. Habibu Abdullahi will take over from Suleiman as a new MD.

They are Captain Ezekiel Bala Agaba (Executive Director, Maritime Safety and Shipping Development), Mr. Obi Nwabueze (Executive Director, Maritime Labour and Cabotage Services) and Mr. Baba Jauro (Executive Director, Finance and Administration).
